MASTER OF PSYCHOLOGY SCIENCE
The Science Psychology Masters Program was established on December 29, 2005 based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education of the Ministry of National Education No: 4154 / D / T / 2005. The Master of Science in Psychology has a vision to be a superior and competitive study program with uniqueness in independent psychology that promotes Islamic values and Indonesian culture, which in 2022 can compete globally. While its mission is to run the entire academic process in study programs in a professional and Islamic manner, organize programs to improve lecturers’ academic competencies that are in accordance with the competence scope of psychology science masters, organize inherent and continuous student development to achieve superior and Islamic quality graduates, encourage the implementation quality lecturer and student research in accordance with the context of Indonesian and Islamic culture, providing competency development services to the community through collaboration or collaboration with Muhammadiyah schools or universities between Muhammadiyah or other institutions.
Students come from S1 students who graduate from psychology study programs, counseling, and other study programs both in education and non-education. A degree in Master of Psychology in Science is a Masters in Psychology (M.Psi.).

- Carry out the entire academic process in study programs in a professional and Islamic manner.

- Produce research that supports the development of education and teaching in the fields of linguistics and Arabic literature.

Development of Psychological Theory
- Able to evaluate, compare, link and reformulate psychological theory contextually.
- In the realm of knowledge, graduates of the Psychology Science Masters must: Be able to know the theories of Psychology; Comparing Psychological theories; Linking Psychological theories.
- In the realm of Skills, graduates of the Science Psychology Master must be able to formulate a review of psychological theories in the form of theses / propositions / hypotheses that will be developed into alternative new theories; Skillfully utilizing psychological theories in research.
- In the realm of attitude, graduates of Science Psychology will be able to be critical of various concepts, models, approaches related to psychology.

Lecturers
The UAD Master of Science in Psychology is supported by teaching staff who are competent in the fields of psychology graduates from domestic and overseas, including Gadjah Mada University, Airlangga University, University of Iowa, University Malaya, Malaysia National University, and others. The Master of Science in Psychology is able to compete in improving the quality of learning and can contribute in the academic field both in the application of scientific knowledge and in community service. The teaching staff consists of 3 professors and 6 doctors, as well as 2 doctoral candidates who are experts in psychology, education, Islamic psychology, industrial psychology and school psychology.
Supporting Facilities
Availability of internet access facilities through LAN (computer platform) and Hotspot Area, as well as libraries equipped with digital libraries (http://digilib.uad.ac.id) and comfortable discussion rooms to support student activities in deepening psychology and development . Air-conditioned lecture rooms with various facilities including LCD Projectors, Audio Visuals, and others are prime service parts to create a comfortable academic atmosphere for learning. The existence of the UAD Pharmacy, canteen, student cooperative, ADI Cooperative (lecturers) and various services make it easier for students to access various needs while on campus.
