MASTER OF PROFESSION PSYCHOLOGY
The UAD Professional Psychology Masters Program is held according to the permission of DIKTI No. 4154 / D / T / 2005 and PP HIMPSI permit No. 010 / PP-Himpsi. J. The Study Program was opened to meet the demands of the community and developments towards the development of psychology and its application. The Master of Professional Psychology has a vision to produce graduates who are professional in developing science and providing psychological services to the public, with a global outlook and based on Islamic values.

- Organizing programs to improve academic competency and professionalism of lecturers in teaching, research and scientific development with global insight.
- Encourage the realization of community service that respects human dignity.
- Encourage the development of assessment methods to solve the psychological problems of society based on indigenous values and Islamic values.
- Increase cooperation with industry, government institutions and non-government institutions in solving psychological problems in society.
- Encourage the development of psychological interventions based on research results.
- Encourage the development of psychological interventions based on indigenous values and Islamic values (aqeedah, akhlaq, amaliyah) as well as a code of ethics in psychology.
Aim

Competence of Graduates
In line with the vision, this study program is able to produce masters and psychologists who are able to play a role in mastering and developing theories, assessment methods and psychological interventions based on research results and are able to develop assessment methods and techniques and consider the Indonesian culture and Islamic values and Indonesian psychology code of ethics.
Graduates of the Professional Psychology Master who are able to play a role in the application of psychology are seen from alumni who have worked in various industries, as psychologists in health centers and public and private agencies or teaching staff in several universities in Indonesia in scientific development. The increasing level of absorption of graduates of the Professional Psychology Masters in several fields is inseparable from professionalism and the foundation of Islamic values that are committed to excellence and the development of knowledge with global insight.
Lecturers
Supported by teaching staff who are competent psychologists graduating from Gadjah Mada University, University of Iowa, UMEA Sweden, Tokyo Gakugei University, and several other universities both domestic and foreign, the Master of Professional Psychology is able to compete in improving the quality of learning and can contribute in academic fields in the application of scientific knowledge and in community service. The teaching staff consists of 6 professors and 10 doctors, as well as 4 doctoral candidates.
Supporting Facilities
Student practice activities are supported by Psychology Laboratory facilities including Child Observation Laboratory, Counseling Laboratory, and Child Growth Laboratory. Availability of internet access facilities through LAN (computer platform) and Hotspot Area, as well as libraries equipped with digital libraries (http://digilib.uad.ac.id) and comfortable discussion rooms to support student activities in deepening psychology and development . Air-conditioned lecture rooms with various facilities including LCD Projectors, Audio Visuals, and others are prime service parts to create a comfortable academic atmosphere for learning. The existence of the UAD Pharmacy, canteen, student cooperatives, ADI Cooperative (lecturers) and various services makes it easier for students to access various needs while on the UAD campus.
