- Organizing education and development of human resources that are competent in the field of technology and food industry, entrepreneurial, and upholding Islamic values.
- Carry out research, development, and application of food technology innovations that meet aspects of halal and national quality standards.
- Increase strategic cooperation between academics, society, government, and national and international food industry sectors in building partnerships in the field of food technology.
- Building functional food industries based on the potential of Indonesian local food through the development of business incubators and trading houses.
