SCIENCE HADITH STUDY PROGRAM
The Hadith Study Program became a place of superior education in developing the study of the Koran and hadith based on Islamic values and kemuhammadiyahan. The organization of education and teaching of this study program is oriented towards the development of Koranic studies and hadith research that are useful for the Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah, the academic world and society in general. Graduates are entitled to hold the title S.Ag (Bachelor of Religion).
Vision
Become an internationally recognized study program in the development of Hadith Studies based on Islamic values and Kemuhammadiyahan.
Mision
- Organizing education and teaching oriented to the development of Hadith Studies.
- Develop a critical-analytical tradition in the study of Hadith sciences that is useful for the Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah, the academic world and society in general.
- Improve the quality and quantity of service and community service related to the implementation of values in the Hadith.
- Collaborating with institutions oriented to the development of Hadith Studies at the Local, National and International levels.
Aim
- Produce graduates who are oriented to the development of Hadith Studies.
- Produce research of hadith sciences that are useful for the Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah, the academic world and society in general.
- Produce service and community service related to the implementation of values in the Hadith.
- Produce collaboration with institutions oriented to the development of studies of Hadith at the Local, National and International levels.
Graduates Prospects
Ministry of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Scoial Affairs, BKKBN (National Buereu for Family Plan), lecturers, religious teachers, researchers, writers, preachers, Syariah consultant.
Competence
The graduates of the program is expected to have competence in the interpretation and study of Al-Qur’an and hadith, be capable of transposing such competence to the workplaces and society, and be willing to continuously develop their understanding of Al Qur’an and hadith through research.
Lecturers
The teaching staff consists of the foundation-based permanent lecturers, civil lecturers, and visiting lecturers. The visiting lecturers consists of practioners such as preachers, consultants, researchers, writers, and caretakers of Islamic boarding schools. There are 6 (six) permanent lecturers, one of them is a professor, and 5 of them are currently undertaking doctoral studies.
Supporting Facilities
Air-conditioned rooms, computer laboratory, hotspot area, and dormitories. Other academic services include digitally mediated academic service, study groups, scholarships and subsidized tuition fee (Kemenag RI, Supersemar, UAD, Lazis, Bantuan Belajar Mahasiswa, Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik) and double degree programs.

- First Winner National Arabic Speech Contest, University Students Indonesia, Arabian Culture Week 2013, Hasanuddin University, represented by Qaem Aulassyahied.
- Quarterfinalists National Quiz Competition, University Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an XIII at Universitas Andalas Padang represented by Qaem Aulassyahied.
- Quarterfinalists National Arabic Speech Contest, Middle East Festival at Universitas Indonesia 2013 represented by Qoem Aulassyahied
