ENGLISH LITERATURE

In 2020 it becomes a superior and global-minded English Literature Study Program in the fields of culture, language and literature that upholds Islamic values.

1. Organizing education that is quality and imbued with Islamic values in accordance with the fields of culture, language and literature
   
2. Improve research according to scientific fields that can contribute to the institutional and community environment
   
3. Increasing community service in the fields of culture, language and literature
   
4. Develop national and international cooperation with the principle of benefits and fairness
   
5. Improve good and responsible governance imbued with Islamic values

Journalists, translators, editors, writer, government officials ( Depnakertrans, Depsos, Depag, Deplu, Depkeu, foreign companies, banks, DPD), teachers, lecturers, marketing, Master of Ceremony, and newsanchors.

Graduates of the program  are expected to become individuals who possess noble traits and demonstrate a high level of English proficiency  and a strong understanding  of English letters and America from multiple perspectives. They are also expected to produce high-impact research in the area of language and American study as well as to actively engage in serving communities.

Has 11 teaching staff, two of whom have studied S3. Meanwhile, 2 lecturers were completing their S3 study, 4 lecturers had completed S2, and 3 lecturers were in the process of completing the Masters program.

Comfortable classrooms equipped with computer and fitted LCD projector, online computer stand, online library, computer laboratory, multimedia laboratory, language laboratory, Self-access center with a library and cable TV, student scientific journal publication (LITERATURA),  Talent and Interest  Scouting and Development  (Teater 42, English club, Gendhing Bahana, REWA@DS (Reading and Writing of Ahmad Dahlan Society), Letters Club etc), student organization (IMM, BEM, DPM)
