MASTER OF EDUCATION MANAGEMENT STUDY PROGRAM
Education Management Postgraduate Program was established based on the Decree of Minister of National Education number 167/E/O/2011, August 5, 2011. The study program studies and prepares the education management graduates who can manage the educational institutions especially management in secondary and primary level. The study program strives to explore the idea, ideology and leadership practice, and local management in Indonesia in the secondary level and family level that is reflected into idea, theory and practice that suit to the current education.

The graduates of Education Management Postgraduate UAD are researchers who have the analytic skill on the diverse culture based education policy; have the analytic skill on the research based education policy; have the capability to develop the local wisdom based education management; have the skill of technical mastery sharing; have the writing skill of various scientific articles.
Lecturers
The lecturers of Education Management Postgraduate have the competency of Professor and Doctor in their fields of study such as science and policy philosophy, comparative education, education supervision, education research, education economic analysis, organization theory and attitude. The lecturers are Prof. Suyata, Ph.D., Prof. Dr. Suharsimi Arikunto, Prof. Dr. Noeng Muhadjir, Prof. Dr. Aliyah Rasyid Baswedan, Prof. Sarbiran, M.Ed., Ph.D., Prof. Dr, Wuradji, Dr. Sugito, M.Si., Sumarno, M.Sc., Ph.D., and others.
Education Management Laboratory
It consists of laboratory at the field and at campus to research and study various best practices of education. Education laboratory is a discussion forum of the education process and the research result.
Student Activity
The students of Education Management actively conduct and participate in various activities such as research, community service, seminar, and discussion forum in Indonesia and abroad such as in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines.
