Penerimaan proposal ini dibuka mulai tanggal 29 Agustus – 12 September 2011. Proposal periode ini diutamakan untuk bidang Education Religion and Society Yout, Arts and Culture, Civil Society and Media, Science and Technology.

Expressions of interest — now open
The Australia-Indonesia Institute (AII) funding round for Expressions of Interest is now open between 29 August 2011 to 2pm (AEST) 12 September 2011.
The AII invites Expressions of Interest for small grant proposals (up to $20,000) which further the Institute’s goals, particularly (but not limited to) the Institute’s key program areas:
Education Religion and Society Youth
Arts and Culture
Civil Society and Media
Science and Technology
This grant round, the AII is trialling a new process for grant applications involving a two stage online application process. The first stage will be to invite one-page Expressions of Interest from individuals and organisations interested in applying for a grant from the AII for projects that strengthen people-to-people links between Australia and Indonesia.
